Set the product name, logo and accent colour your customers see in their portal. Changes reach live tenant portals within about a minute. Leave a field blank to fall back to the platform default.
Set the retail price you charge your customers for each plan. The resource caps below come from your plan catalogue; the price is yours to set.

Automate against the same scoped API this console uses. Every call is filtered to your MSP server-side - you only ever see your own tenants.
Send tenant emails (invites, reports, alerts) from your own domain so your customers see your brand, not the platform. Leave disabled to use the platform's default sender.

Suspend tenant
Suspending blocks portal access until you reactivate it. The tenant admin is emailed.
Change tenant plan
Set the plan for . Resource quotas update immediately; scans already running finish under the old quota.
Change your plan
Stripe prorates the change against your card. Your environment's resource sizing (CPU, memory, storage and quota) re-syncs via GitOps shortly after you confirm; feature access changes take effect immediately.
Tenant limits
Fine-tune within its plan. Each value is capped at the plan maximum; total targets across your tenants cannot exceed your MSP asset allowance (-).
Deployment status —
Spin the scan engine up when a customer is ready to run scans, and down to reclaim compute when idle. The tenant's scan data is preserved either way.
MSP console guide
Your MSP plan & what your tenants can get
Your MSP plan sets how many customer tenants you can create and your total asset allowance. Each tenant you create is assigned its own plan (Starter, Professional or Enterprise), which sets that tenant's users, scans, targets and concurrent scans. The capabilities you can offer your tenants are those included in your MSP plan - shown in the panel above.
Adding a tenant
Open Add tenant, give it a name, slug, plan and admin email. The panel shows exactly what the chosen plan grants. Use Advanced limits to set a tenant below its plan cap (for example, cap a small customer at 20 targets). You must configure your own email sender (Email Setup) before adding tenants so invites come from your domain.
Setting scan & asset limits
A target (asset) is one host or IP a tenant scans. Scans / month and concurrent scans bound scanning volume. Use the Limits action on any tenant to adjust these later - the change resizes the tenant's Kubernetes quota immediately. You can never set a tenant above its plan, and total targets across all tenants cannot exceed your MSP asset allowance.
Spinning up the scanner & portal
Creating a tenant provisions its secure portal automatically. The scan engine spins up on demand. Agent-based asset discovery is included on every plan: install the agent inside the customer network (from the tenant portal) so scans egress from their authorized IPs. An online agent is required for network scans.
Billing
Manage your own MSP subscription in Billing: start a subscription, change plan, or manage your card. Set the retail prices you charge your customers under Plans & Pricing. Your API details are on the API tab.
